This exhibition aims to highlight typesetting and letterpress printing and to show how these processes are used across countries in contemporary print practice – artist books, graphic design, artist prints and installations – with both text and image. In addition to NLN collaborative projects, the show includes a wide range of work by over 60 letterpress practitioners from Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Åland Islands), Estonia, and the Shetland and Orkney Islands.
