Sabine Popp is invited for one week of collaborative work to explore the site of Gylleboverket in Sweden, a former scrapyard for demolished houses, now overgrown by an abundance of vegetation. The week ends in a public seminar combining various formats of lectures, discussions and workshops.
Shelterability, relations, thought processes, temporalities, encounters, doing, resting, trying to understand, dig, build, meet, be vulnerable, attempting to understand, decompose, deconstruct, demolish, do nothing, do something, listen, eat, observe, die, read, articulate, become, specificities, summon, commons, differences, live in and with the world.
A HOUSE THAT KNOWS HOW TO DIE – a seminar on Art, Architecture & Ecology at Gylleboverket.
